The Case for “Forking” Traditional Government
from garysheng.icon
in my word, explain this article: How to fork from "TradGov" to lightocracies. case study with Taiwan's g0vtkgshn.icon
lightocracies: garysheng's idea
A lightocracy is a self-organized "government" that operates independently of traditional government to solve specific problems that citizens care about.

Lightocracies can provide a more effective and responsive approach to governance, addressing issues that TradGov is not solving effectively
sounds like, SIB
principles
1. goal-oriented
when accomplished, sunset the organization(目標を達成したら解散する)

Taiwan's g0v is nice case study
for many government agencies in Taiwan which have URLs ending .gov.tw, replacing .gov with .g0v redirects the user to a "forked" version of that agency with contributions by civic hackers.
redirect, it's funnytkgshn.icon*3
nice hack
the forked content can then be "merged" back into the government agency's website.
what's g0v done as change TradGov from them

it's likes, NPO govern something public goods, and they'll get the reward retroactively: Social Impact Bound. also, @mashbean is working hard to accomplish this model in Taiwan.
Why are public sectors worthy of considering public blockchains?
